When any client has accumulated enough points, he can redeem these points for cash and withdraw it without any conditions as a follow:

• Bronze client can redeem 280 points from his balance for $20 cash.
• Silver client can redeem 560 points from his balance for $40 Cash.
• Golden client can redeem 1120 points from his balance for $80 cash.
• Diamond client can redeem 2240 points from his balance for $160 Cash.
• Veteran client can redeem 4980 points from his balance for $320 cash.
• Professional client can redeem 9960 points from his balance for $ 640 cash.
• Expert client can redeem 19712 points from his balance for $1280 Cash.
• A qualified client can redeem 49280 points from his balance for $2560 Cash.
• The VIP client can redeem 237984 points from his balance for $5120 Cash.
• Al-Hamour can redeem to 613952 points from its balance for $10240 cash.

Note: The minimum loyalty points can be redeemed for Cash is 280 points. Redeemed points will not be deducted from your balance but accumulated for the next stage. Example: When a client has earned 280 points in the Loyalty program and request to exchange for $20 and has already redeemed. If he earned another 280 points, they will be accumulated, and the new sum will be 560 points not 280 points. Therefore, this client is actually rewarded with $60 not $40. Similarly, when he accumulates 1120 points, he will actually get $140. Enjoy double reward! Will the loyalty points be redeemed automatically? Or How can I redeem the points earned?

In the client account home page, you can request to redeem your accumulated loyalty points into cash. Just press "Replace Now" button. If your balance is less than required, you will receive a message: "Sorry, your balance is not enough to be exchanged". If your balance is enough, we will receive an alert about your request and the cash will be deposited in your balance. There are no restrictions. To activate a Loyalty Program, all what you need is to have at least one account opened by any company we deal with and traded under our agency, so that you can without any problem.
